Memo 8/14/2013 Supplement A

The Sunchild Mission ministry of the Canadian Inland Mission is located on the Sunchild Indian Reserve No. 213. This land is a Federal allocation and legal no trespassing zone to non-members of this Band. Volunteer workers coming on to the Reserve for the purpose of assisting in the ministry of the mission must be under the supervision of Rodger and Karen Rinker who hold the responsibility for their actions. This makes it essential for such workers to keep close communication with the Rinkers in the performance of their tasks. It would be difficult, in many circumstances, for volunteers to have knowledge of local dynamics, historical issues, and personal influences that can be involved in their interactions with local people. To communicate all of this information would be impossible in a time restricted activity, therefore a worker must respect their own lack of knowledge in forming any negative opinions as to the direction they are given.
