Village of Ruby, Alaska
Ruby, Alaska is in the very middle of Alaska, situated on the south bank of the
huge Yukon river. Ruby is 225 air miles west of Fairbanks. This was my first visit
in the village, although I had flown over it numerous times. I visited the Dick Cook
family. Dick is an ordained minister and has been living in Ruby for more than 2
years now.
