This year the two Reserves here had a combined Sundance on the O'Chiese Sundance grounds. At least a hundred tents circled the perimeter of the grounds, and in the center is this brush covered lodge where the ceremonies are held. In the past this was called a 'Thirst Dance', but in recent years has adopted the name of 'Sun Dance', although it is different from the plains Sioux Sun Dance.
